How did you get here?
I’ve had a varied career which started off training as a florist, which I enjoyed for many years until I wanted a new challenge. I was a manager in a busy city pub before I joined the target driven world of advertising sales, which just wasn’t for me.
I’d known about Indigo Swan, their values and passion for what they do for a while. An opportunity came up to join their team and I jumped at the chance.
Each role I’ve had has given me the skills I use everyday and I’m very happy that my journey has led me here.
What are you most proud of?
I’m really proud of my small floral business in which I create wedding flowers. It is a passion I’ve always had and I love the look on the brides face the morning of her wedding when I hand over her bridal bouquet. I’ll never get bored with that feeling and I’m proud that I’ve created something that will always be remembered.
An interesting fact
I am in the Guinness Book Of World Records sitting on top of the worlds largest cup of coffee in the middle of Canary Wharf.
What do you do at Indigo Swan?
My role as Client Guide is to guide businesses through the confusing world of energy. I’m here to explain things in a simple, easy to understand way so that when it comes to deciding on your energy contracts, it’s not a difficult or daunting experience.
As well as negotiating prices to get the best rates for your energy supplies, I also make sure any issues are dealt with in the easiest possible way.
