How did you get here?

I started at Indigo Swan in July 2015. Before I came here I was working in retail, but looking for a change and greater challenges. I was also very involved (and continue to be) in the local arts communities. I have been a musician, performer and producer for a great number of years, as well as more recently gaining experience in the film industry. I had however been looking to use my IT skills in a more rewarding and professional way, so I was really pleased when the opportunity arose to join Indigo Swan as an administrator. My role has been advancing and developing ever since, and I am really enjoying seeing our team grow from strength to strength!

What are you most proud of?

I think I am most proud of the experiences I have had as a musician and performer. I have been lucky enough to take part in some truly incredible shows over the years and have always been very grateful that the opportunities came my way when they did!

An interesting fact

I founded and run a Floorball club in Norwich. (Floorball is an indoor sport derived from Bandy and Ice Hockey.)
We have been playing since January 2015 and are looking towards travelling and playing in some European tournaments in the near future!

What do you do at Indigo Swan?

I work as part of the Client Experience team here at Indigo Swan. I deal primarily with our Clients’ data requirements; such as the administration and checking of meter readings, live confirmation of new contracts, VAT declarations and bill validation. My role almost always involves high attention to detail, which I believe goes a long way towards saving our clients’ time and money.
I am also infamous for designing and arranging the most elaborate Crystal Maze-style staff social game ever!
