How did you manage your energy supplies before using Indigo Swan?
The majority of our supplies were managed in house, with a few being handled via a London based broker.
What problems or frustrations did you have with this approach?
Dealing in house incurred many problems. We didn’t have enough time to manage all the contracts, especially with multiple different end dates – we found it hard to negotiate a good deal with a supplier, as it took too much time to ring around all the suppliers haggling for best prices with different supply combinations.
What was important to you when making the decision to use Indigo Swan?
The fact Indigo Swan are local was a big deal. Someone that we could easily pop into see if necessary was important, as it is sometimes easier to talk face to face rather than email. It is refreshing that Indigo Swan were very honest in tendering prices – they did not shy away from stating what they got out of the deal.
What is the biggest energy headache we have relieved for you?
The biggest headache relief is just knowing that Indigo Swan will continue to look after our portfolio. We no longer need to keep track of renewal dates and getting the best deal. It is also very convenient having one point of contact who knows our supplies very well.

Indigo Swan saved us close to £19k on just our top four largest supplies.
