To provide excellent customer service to existing and new business clients, assisting them with their energy contract management needs. To ensure clients feel well supported and informed at all stages of the electricity and gas contract negotiations. To be trusted and respected by colleagues, clients and suppliers.
Full training in all areas of the business will be provided. This will cover the energy industry, Indigo Swan’s processes and products, our clients and the company’s strategies.

This role requires a professional and friendly nature, a high level of attention to detail, good organisational skills and strong use of English and Maths (particularly through Microsoft Office Word and Excel). Indigo Swan additionally requires a sense of humour and a can-do attitude to fit into the culture of our organisation.
While energy industry training will be given, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within the energy sector (not necessarily B2B contract sales) and be familiar with basic industry terms. All applicants should be able to demonstrate a desire to learn about the sector, and wish to progress their career in an interesting but challenging industry.
