I work within the Client Services Team as a Case Manager. We provide quality support to our clients, covering everything from meter reads to billing issues.
My family. We are a very close-knit unit who are so supportive of one another – I don’t know where I’d be without them!
I have a dog called Mimi who is a cross between a Dachshund and a French bulldog. People often stop us to ask what breed she is and I love getting them to try and guess (everyone guesses the Dachshund part but no one gets the Frenchie!)
I have had a variety of roles, from customer service in retail to support work in education. All my past roles are tied together by my want to help others. My previous job was very isolating and taught me how important it is to work within a solid team – I was fortunate enough to find Indigo Swan, now I get to support clients whilst knowing I have a great team of people supporting me!
For my header image I have chosen the Cherry Blossom – it is a goal of mine to visit Japan and attend the Cherry Blossom festival.
