If you follow us on social media, you may have seen some exciting news which was revealed this week. The finalists for the 2020 Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCAs) have been announced and we over the moon to have been shortlisted in not 1 but 5 categories this year!
The TELCA awards highlight the best businesses in the energy consultancy world and showcase how they have helped their customers through the coronavirus crisis. Over 100 consultancies entered this year, so we feel very honoured to have been recognised in the following categories:
- Consultancy of the Year
- Most Trusted Consultancy Large
- Most Trusted Consultancy SME
- Best Customer Service SME
- The Wellbeing Award
Jaime, Head of Marketing said: “To be recognised in both sector specific and the wellbeing category is like a dream come true. Such an amazing achievement we are all so very proud of. To finish 2020 on a high like this is the boost of positivity we all needed!”
Each consultancy was subject to a testing interview session of 80 questions covering all aspects of their business and work with customers. 41 businesses made the final cut and the winners for the awards will be revealed in a live streamed awards ceremony on 11th December, which we are really looking forward to. Keep everything crossed for us!
The exciting news comes shortly after we were announced as a finalist in the ‘Customer Care’ category at the Norfolk Business Awards, which we are thrilled about. The judges were looking for businesses who show a clear focus on their customers’ needs and examples of customer-driven initiatives designed to raise service standards – two aspects we work hard to achieve. Our clients are always at the heart of everything we do, and all the Swans go above and beyond every day to provide a high level of service. This nomination is one we don’t take likely and really means a lot to us.
The winners for the Norfolk Business Awards will be announced on Tuesday 24th November across social media, so keep an eye out for updates.
