Best Employers 2023 Awards – Best professional Services Organisation

||

We are delighted to share that we won the title of ‘Best Professional Services Organisation’ in the Best Employers 2023 Awards. The event was held on Thursday 19th October at Newmarket Racecource Conference Centre, and was attended by our Commercial Director, Aimee Konieczny, Finance Director, Hayley Leech, Senior Account Manager, Louise Arnold and Office& Data Coordinator, Sarah Boram.

These awards are based solely on the results of our employee engagement survey which the swans complete anonymously. You can find out more about the awards on their website: Best Employer winners 2023 | Best employers (prs.uk.com)

Best Employers is an employee engagement programme, managed by Pure and eras, based around a survey that is completed by a business’s employees. It helps organisations in Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk understand the employee experience, and develop productive and inclusive workplaces where people can grow and flourish.

As well as winning this award, we were also thrilled to have been awarded a platinum accreditation. This accreditation is based on the results of our survey combined with additional evidence about our engagement strategies.

It is a huge honour to have not only received a platinum accreditation, but also win an award that shows our commitment to our swans. We work hard to create a happy environment for them, where everyone can feel included and that they are part of our company journey.

James Groves, Managing Director commented:

“Wow. So immensely proud to run this amazing business and lucky to do it with some formidable people. At Indigo Swan, Happiness First is not just a catchy value, or some quirky initiative. We do not call the team Swans because we think it’s funny. We do all these things because we truly believe that without a culture of happiness, belonging and family, the things you want to achieve, the dreams you strive for will never be possible. I am so grateful to have so many longstanding members of the team. Why? Because they get it. If you don’t get it, you may never know or understand what the magic of Indigo Swan is. If you do however, then I genuinely believe we have created a business that is a shining example of how to be a great employer in the region dare I say across the country. I care, my ownership team cares, the leadership team cares and more importantly each and every swan servicing our clients and each other every single day cares. They care about being a Swan and to know they are engaged, bought in and committed to what we are doing here, is something that makes me extremely proud. As my brother-in-law says all the time; Go the Swans!”
