My Role as Head of Operations and Client Services involves working closely with our Managing Director to evaluate compliance issues and take appropriate actions to improve operational performance by developing and implementing actions to improve internal processes. I ensure that Indigo Swan operates within the confines of the Industry Code of Practice, Data Protection and follows its Quality System.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
I have been an active member of The British Red Cross for over 13 years, providing First Aid to the general public at events such as The British Motocross Championship, The Royal Norfolk Show and Norwich City FC games at Carrow Road.

I was once involved in a week-long competition on Radio 1 Breakfast Show, where I had to ‘Rap’ about specific topics to over 7 million listeners!
HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
My career history has been quite varied, I spent a number of years as a Solid Fuel Heating Engineer but decided on a career change and started at a Finance Company as Compliance Administrator before joining Indigo Swan in 2010.
