I work in the Client Services Team and manage some of the client queries we receive, these can be anything from meter read issues to more complex billing queries. I absolutely love problem solving so this is a great role for me, also every day is different and you never know what you are going to receive in your inbox!
WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
I am proud of the last eight years with my husband Joe. Military life can be really tough. We have had a lot of new starts in different places and we have spent a lot of time apart but we always stick together and make the best of every situation. We welcomed a baby boy called Lennon in January 2019 and he’s the perfect mix of me and Joe, he is what I am most proud of!
TELL US AN INTERESTING FACT?
I have had a huge love for the Disney Parks since my very first visit to Disneyland Paris in 1996. Since then I have been lucky enough to travel to Disney World and Disneyland Paris numerous times, including our Florida honeymoon in 2016.
HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
Straight from school I started out in Pensions & Insurance in a customer insights team, whilst doing this I also went to the University of East Anglia and got a foundation degree in Travel and Tourism Business Management.
I was looking for a new challenge and started at Indigo Swan in 2014 as a Compliance Administrator checking all the client contracts before they were put in place, over the years my role evolved and I started case management.
Sadly in 2017 I had to make the really hard decision to leave Indigo Swan to support my husband in his army career. We moved to Surrey for his new posting as a Basic Training Instructor at Alexander Barracks, Pirbright. I took a new role as a Customer Service Team Leader at Oliver Bonas, this was a big change for me but I really enjoyed it and learnt so much from the team and the company.
In September 2019 my husband again was posted, this time back to the East of England (Saffron Walden, Essex). Indigo Swan very kindly welcomed me home and I have picked up right where I left off, I am very happy to be back.
What made you choose your profile header image?
I chose this image as it reminds me of our late dalmatian Augustus, he was the best dog even though he was a little crazy at times. Dalmatians are such wonderful breeds full of personality!
