As a Case Manager in the Client Services Team, I resolve a variety of energy-related queries on behalf of our clients, including invoice discrepancies, disputing consumption charges, and handling tenancy transitions, while communicating effectively and building rapport with energy suppliers.
I’m proud of my career growth since moving to Norwich in 2017, advancing from an apprentice to leadership roles, and now having the opportunity to work at Indigo Swan.
I’m a Port Wine enthusiast, and I’ve attended tastings to deepen my appreciation and knowledge of it, along with my love for coffee, sports, politics, and learning languages.
I moved to Norwich in 2017, progressed through various roles in Accounts Payable, and eventually transitioned to Indigo Swan as a Case Manager.
