I work in the Client Services team dealing with any queries that our clients may have. This could be anything from submitting a meter reading, to querying a high invoice they have received or chasing up any that they are missing.
WHAT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?
I once went travelling to Australia by myself as the friend I was meant to be going with pulled out at the last minute. I had never been away in the UK on my own before let alone travelling 10,000 miles to the other side of the world!
TELL US AN INTERESTING FACT?
I am a keen baker and when my sister got married, she asked if I would make her some Gin & Tonic cupcakes, little did I know she wanted 150 of them! The worst part was that I don’t even like Gin!
HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
I’ve worked in a variety of customer service roles and have always striven to give customers the best service possible. After leaving a job that I had been in for 10 and half years, I temped for a few months and then started working at a storage facility, but just never felt truly settled. I had been told how great it was to work at Indigo Swan, so when I heard they were hiring, I knew it was an opportunity not to be missed!
