Indigo Swan shortlisted for TEN awards at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards 2024

We are so proud to share we have been shortlisted for a phenomenal TEN TELCA awards this year. The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) is an annual awards ceremony that celebrates the best consultants, brokers and TPIs (third party intermediaries) in the UK. They are undeniably one of the most prestigious awards in the energy industry and recognise and celebrate creativity, innovation and those pushing the boundaries of excellence.

Hosted by Energy Live News, the TELCAs is always a night to remember, and a great opportunity for us to celebrate not only all our hard work throughout the year, but also celebrate the achievements of others from our industry.

Our Swans work hard to ensure we provide the best possible service for our clients, and to be recognised for so many awards in a single ceremony. is a huge achievement. From customer service to our dedication to supporting customers on their journey to Net Zero, our team are working hard in every area.

The categories we are finalists for include:

  • ‘Consultancy of the Year – Large Customers’
  • ‘Consultancy of the Year – SME Customers’
  • ‘Most Trusted Consultancy – SME Customers’
  • ‘Most Trusted Consultancy – Large Customers’
  • ‘Best Customer Service – Large Customers’
  • ‘Best Customer Service – SME Customers’
  • ‘Do the Right Thing’
  • ‘Best Company to Work For’
  • ‘Net Zero Hero – Andy Kindleysides’
  • ‘Net Zero Leaders’

We are also really proud of our Operations Director, Andy Kindleysides, who has been shortlisted for the ‘Net Zero Hero’ award. His passion and commitment to helping our customers on their Net Zero journey is evident in everything he does, and he has gone above and beyond this past year. We gained our ISO14001 accreditation this year which Andy led on. He also proposed the creation of our Swan Sustainability committee and was instrumental in creating our short, medium and long-term sustainability goals as a business.

James Groves, Managing Director commented:

“You can never take anything for granted, and in the ever-changing energy landscape this couldn’t be truer. For Indigo Swan to have been recognised by being shortlisted for 10 TELCA Awards is an amazing achievement. I am most proud that this is across the board for everything from trust and service to being the best place to work and of course our Net Zero Hero Andy. As with any awards, these are for the team. They work tirelessly throughout the year, to provide an amazing service to all our clients and to be a shining light within our sector, and this is a testament to the commitment, drive and love they have for what they do and for being a Swan. We keep going, we keep innovating, learning and growing as a team and this means just as much as it did all those years ago, when we started to receive this level of recognition. If I am honest, it likely means more. Go the Swans.”

The black-tie awards ceremony is being held on Wednesday 4th December at the Imperial War Museum North, in Manchester. Fingers and feathers crossed for the awards ceremony, but no matter what happens on the night, to have been shortlisted in so many categories is a massive achievement and one that all of the Swans are proud of.
