We’ve won two TELCA awards!

We are so excited to announce that we have won two prestigious national awards at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA), hosted by Energy Live News.

We won the ‘Best Customer Service (SME)’ and ‘Consultancy of the Year (SME)’ categories last week. The event was held at the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) on Wednesday 1st December and was a glamourous black-tie awards ceremony, which everyone agreed was one of the best to date.

James Groves, Managing Director commented: “I can’t put into words how proud I am of the team for this amazing recognition. The last 2 years have been challenging for everyone and no more so than within the energy sector over the last 6 months. To be recognised as Consultancy of the Year for all the work we do with the amazing SME businesses we work with, is overwhelming in some ways, but also truly deserved due to the dedication, hard work and attitude all the Swans have shown over the last 12 months and before. Being recognised with our third award (2 x TELCA 1 x Norfolk Business) in the last 24 months is amazing and a testament to how we always put the customer first and how we embrace our happiness first culture, not just for the team but for our customers as well. I have never been prouder to be MD of Indigo Swan, and the future, whilst challenging, is extremely bright for this group of talented individuals. The magic is and will always be our people.”

This is the eighth year in a row that we have won an award at this event, and to have won two this year, especially following the pandemic, is a huge achievement and something that we are so proud of.  It was an incredible feeling to be sat in a room full of consultants all doing a fantastic job within the energy sector and supporting one another.

The esteemed awards have been identified as being one of the most coveted in the UK. They evolved through a need to recognise and celebrate creativity, innovation and those pushing the boundaries of excellence. Seen as the ‘Oscars’ of the energy industry, the TELCAs are always guaranteed to be fantastic evening! It’s a time when we can get together, enjoy a glass of bubbly, and celebrate everyone’s hard work with others from our industry.

We were also really proud to have been finalists in two other categories, ‘Most Trusted Consultancy (SME)’ and ‘Best Business Solution – Renewables’ which is a fantastic triumph. Being recognised within the renewables category supports our current focus on sustainability and drive to help businesses on their journey to Net Zero.
