A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa Collen from Flagship Group as part of the bi-monthly Avocado Club event. We also had the added bonus of being joined by Sara Matthews who gave us a fantastic live food demonstration of one of her gluten free, plant based avocado recipes. Their positivity and enthusiasm was evident throughout the whole event and their can-do attitude was a breath of fresh air when discussing some of the difficulties they have faced during lockdown.
