It’s with great pride and happiness we announce the appointment of two new Directors at Indigo Swan. Perhaps even more excitingly we are pleased to share they are both people you may know and recognise! A huge congratulations to Andy Kindleysides our new Operations Director and to Aimee Konieczny our new Commercial Director.

Andy started his journey at Indigo Swan in December 2010 as a Contract Administrator and has moved his way through a number of different roles since he joined. When asked what it meant to him, he replied: “I have always said the best thing about working at Indigo Swan is the people, and how we are like one big family who pull together in the same direction to be the best we can be every day. I am so proud to be in a position to be able to ensure that we continue this even when we continue to grow.”

“Having spent my career working for family run companies, of various sizes, one of the most important aspects for me when joining Indigo Swan was its values, and I am delighted that 12 years later the founding values are still at the core of everything we do. Being a trusted, responsible consultant who puts integrity over profit, and who has a happiness first culture is something I want to be a part of and now I have a chance to influence on a daily basis” he added.

Aimee joined Indigo Swan as a Client Guide 7.5 years ago after wanting more from her career and personal happiness. She brings a vast amount of knowledge and in depth understanding of the energy sector to her role. She said: “Behind the scenes, James has been busy putting plans together to ensure the security and prosperity of Indigo Swan for years to come. He has been working with each Swan on determining their future career goals and how to achieve their own personal vision. I’m so grateful to James that he has helped my vision now come to fruition.”

She also said: “Having graduated from UEA, I’ve been working in Norfolk my entire adult life. Everyone will surely agree, Norfolk is a special place. It contains a business community I love and can’t wait to get more involved with. I’m looking forward to growing my local network to see what business opportunities lie ahead, not only to ensure the continued success of Indigo Swan but to help others to achieve their full business potential.”

James Groves, Managing Director also commented saying: “Being Managing Director of Indigo Swan is something I am extremely proud of. The success we have as a team however, is only possible with the amazing efforts of all the Swans on a daily basis, and leading this team continues to be a privilege.”

“Moving forward with Andy and Aimee in these roles, gives Indigo Swan the security and leadership it needs for the future, it allows other Swans to grow and shine in leadership positions and it allows our clients to see the company evolve, innovate and continue to prosper even at this most challenging of times in our marketplace” he added.

So please join us in congratulating the new Directors of Indigo Swan Andy and Aimee. We are really excited for the next part of our journey and to see what we can achieve in the future.
