We are excited to share that we have won the title of ‘Most Trusted Consultancy – SME’, at the national Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA), hosted by Energy Live News.
The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) is an annual awards ceremony that celebrates the best consultants, brokers and TPIs in the UK. They are undeniably one of the most prestigious awards in the energy industry.
Our transparency with our customers, as well as our honest and open approach, is something that has always been important to us and is evident through our values, so to be recognised nationally for our honest approach is something that all of the swans are proud of.
We were also finalists in ten other categories including ‘Best Customer Service’, ‘Do the Right Thing’, and ‘Net Zero Leaders’, and as well as being shortlisted as a company, our Head of New Business and Sustainability, Oliver Denison was also a finalist within the ‘Net Zero Hero’ category. Being recognised as a company within all three renewables categories supports our current focus and initiative on sustainability, to help businesses on their journey to Net Zero.

James Groves, Managing Director, commented:
“At a time where there has likely never been more volatility, uncertainty, and trust within the Energy sector, I am so proud that Indigo Swan has been recognised as the Most Trusted Consultancy in the UK for SME businesses. SME businesses have been extremely impacted by the high prices and uncertainty of the market and I am so grateful to all the Swans for the work they do every day to provide guidance and care to our clients. We do this through open, honest, and transparent communication.”
He added:
“From tendering new contracts to the management of their queries, Indigo Swan continue to provide a world class service, with a clear vision of happiness first and a commitment to always finding a better way. I am so proud of the team and as I say numerous times, we are nothing without are people, so after a turbulent year, this is for them and amazing recognition that we are doing things the right way.”
