We’ve been shortlisted for 5 TELCA Awards!

Light bulbs glowing

The finalists for the 2019 Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCAs) have been announced and we are very excited to share with you that we’ve been shortlisted in 5 categories this year!

James said: “To be shortlisted for 5 TELCA awards is an amazing achievement. All of us at Indigo Swan take great pride in doing things the right way, building and nurturing excellent customer relationships and working hard to be a shining light and example within the TPI sector.”

Not only are we finalists in ‘Most Trusted Consultancy (SME)’, ‘Best Customer Service (SME)’ and ‘Consultancy of the Year’, excitingly two swans are also up for individual awards. Aimee Konieczny, one of our Client Guide Coaches, has been shortlisted for ‘Industry Expert’ and Simon Rolfe, Client Services Enthusiast is a finalist in the ‘Secret Star’ category.

The ‘Industry Expert’ category celebrates those who through their ability, experience and skill set have become indispensable and make an impact in the wider energy market. A self-titled Energy Geek, Aimee’s knowledge of the sector, personality and leadership qualities are all attributes we value. She will always go the extra mile for clients to make sure they fully understand a supplier offer, our pricing, the market conditions and anything else that may need explaining in a little more detail.

Aimee said: “I was completely shocked to find out I’d been shortlisted for Industry Expert. I love everything about the energy sector, and I’m thrilled that this has been recognised by my peers. I was completely unaware I had even been nominated by a client, so to be shortlisted was a total surprise. The energy sector is complex, and I take great pleasure in taking my 10 years of experience to make the industry more accessible for our clients and my fellow swans.”

For the ‘Secret Star’ category, we had to nominate a swan who we couldn’t live without, someone who is vital to the nest but never makes a song and dance about it. Many of you won’t have heard of Simon as he doesn’t like to be in the spotlight too much, but we would be lost without him. His eye for detail ensures all the contracts are correct and the information we present to clients is 100% accurate. We couldn’t offer the level of service we do to our customers without Simon.

Simon said: “I am hugely grateful to our clients, my management team and all of the Swans for my TELCA nomination. I was completely new to the industry when I started at Indigo Swan just a few years ago and am delighted to have been chosen for the Secret Star shortlist. It certainly is a personal highlight of my whole career and I’m very much looking forward to the main event and all it has to offer!”

We’re all feeling very honoured to be shortlisted for not one, but five TELCA awards. It’s a massive nod to all the fantastic work each of the swans puts in and a wonderful way to celebrate our achievements together! There will be an exclusive Black-Tie event on the 26th of June and an after-party will then follow the ceremony for the 400 guests, aboard the Silver Sturgeon, one of London’s premier river cruiser.

“We have had great success at the TELCA Awards over the years, but as the market grows, the competition gets tougher and companies innovate on a daily basis, it continues to mean more” James added.

Keep your feathers crossed for us and your eyes peeled for more updates. Congratulations to all the other finalists, we look forward to celebrating with you later this month!
