Aimee Konieczny Crowned Leader Of The Year

|

We are excited to share that our Commercial Director, Aimee Konieczny has won an international award at the Investor in People Awards 2023. She was proud to win the title of ‘Leader of the Year’ at the black-tie event recently.

The Investor in People Awards is an annual event that celebrates the best in people management, wellbeing and individual success, and this year was their 10th year.  To be recognised internationally for her leadership skills is a fantastic accomplishment for Aimee.

We were also finalists in the Leadership and Management category.

Aimee commented:

“I’m so grateful to have been nominated, shortlisted and then go on to win such a prestigious global award. The support and kindness I’ve had from the wonderful team at Indigo Swan, other finalists on the night, and warm words from our amazing business community has been unbelievable to me. Leading people and business is hard work. It takes drive, passion and a genuine belief that the people around us want to be better.”

She added:

“I find huge satisfaction in helping people achieve what they never thought possible, be it personally or professionally, and becoming the very best version of themselves. I am so grateful to work with incredible people who share this desire and allow me to help them achieve their goals.”

Paul Devoy, CEO, Investors in People commented:

“I’d like to congratulate all the winners and shortlisted finalists from the Investors in People Awards 2023. The winners on the night showcased the gold standard in people management and have produced fantastic work across the board. I have no doubt that the recognition from the evening, will continue to inspire employers and employees alike, as we all work to ‘Make Work Better’ globally.”
