Working in the Client Services team as a Case Manager, I support our clients with any queries regarding their energy supply – this can include anything from simply chasing up their invoices to handling more complex billing issues
I took the plunge (quite literally!) and jumped out of a plane at 13,000 feet and speeds of over 120mph, ticking a skydive off my bucket list while raising money for Norfolk and Waveney Mind. Next on the list is a bungy jump or scuba diving!
Not overly wild or out-there, but I play football! I currently play for a tier 6 team as a wing back, but played for Norwich City Academy during my youth years.
I started my working career at a well known fast food chain (I’m sure you can guess the one!) and have since completed a business administration apprenticeship at a Norwich-based recruitment agency – doing all things admin, ops and marketing. I knew of Indigo Swan’s presence and reputation in the Norfolk business community, and when I heard they were hiring, I jumped at the chance!
