I am a Case Manager within the Client Services Team helping with any queries that clients may have, from invoices and billing to broken meters.
Volunteering abroad for three months and pushing myself to do something different and out of my comfort zone. I absolutely loved it and it really taught me the true value of community.
When I was younger, I broke my arm falling off the kitchen counter trying to steal some Christmas cake. I don’t even like Christmas cake!
I started my career as an apprentice in the education sector, moving on to the events industry, working my way up to project co-ordinator. I saw the role at Indigo Swan and I knew I was a perfect fit as I love problem solving!
