I serve as an Account Manager within the client services team, focusing on optimizing energy costs for a diverse portfolio of clients, making energy more accessible while providing personalized support throughout their journey.
One of my proudest achievements was completing my first half marathon in 2023, raising over £1,000 for The Sue Lambert Trust—a cause deeply meaningful to my family.
An interesting fact that I’ve had encounters with several members of the royal family, including the future queen, Kate Middleton!
After earning my degree in Film from the University of Derby, I delved into research and development at the BBC. My passion for client experience led me to manage accounts internationally, from LA to Amsterdam in my next role.
