As part of the Client Services team, I deal with large business case management, which means I focus on our top 50 clients and help them with their energy related queries and sorting out any outstanding issues.
I support the team by coaching and training the Case Managers, managing complex client queries, quality assurance and help to ensure that our quality and service remains world class.
I work closely with the Head of Operations and Client Services, and the Senior Management team to help ensure that Indigo Swan is maximising each opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to each of our clients.
It’s a tie between selling my house to spend a year backpacking around the world and deciding to move to London (from Norwich). Both taught me lots both personally and professionally and I have had some amazing experiences, including learning new cultures, meeting a lot of great people along the way and making friends for life.
Weirdly on my honeymoon – some of the England national football team (from Euro 2004) were staying at the same hotel (after the tournament had finished) to relax and unwind. Having met most of them in the swimming pool and sharing laughs with them – I’m pretty sure there will be paparazzi shots in some newspapers where it may look like I’m part of the squad.
After deciding to leave the financial services sector, I wanted to try something new and to work for a company that has a great interest in people, both their clients and their employees. I already knew two existing Swans (from a previous life!) and knew how much they loved working for Indigo Swan – after a quick chat with both of them, I knew the company’s ethos and culture was for me and I am excited to be here.
I was luckily enough to spend a year backpacking around the world – this picture brings back so many happy memories.
